Competition

The Competition Act is Canada’s general antitrust statute, which maintains and encourages competition in Canada to promote the efficiency and adaptability of the Canadian economy. The Act is administered by the Commissioner who heads the Competition Bureau, Canada’s antitrust law enforcement agency. Read the chapter to learn more.
